About the Role

The Channel Sales Lead will drive channel-led revenue growth and strengthen the partner ecosystem across Mumbai, Bangalore, and new geographies the firm enters. This role owns the development, performance, and scalability of the channel partner network and plays a critical role in achieving sales targets through effective partner sourcing, engagement, and management.

Roles & Responsibilities





- Develop and execute the channel sales strategy for the Bangalore/ Mumbai market Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, brokers, and real estate agencies Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-potential channel partners
- Drive sales bookings and closures through the channel network Plan and conduct channel partner engagement initiatives
- Track and improve channel partner productivity and pipeline Collaborate with internal teams for smooth deal execution
- Monitor market trends and competition Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- The Ideal Candidate 12-15 years of experience in Channel Sales / Partner Sourcing Strong broker and channel partner network in Mumbai/Bangalore Proven revenue delivery through channel sales Robust negotiation and stakeholder management skills
