Job Title: Inside Sales Executive US Market (B2B Jewelry)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive to drive B2B business development in the US and Europe jewelry market. The role focuses on market research, lead generation, cold calling, and identifying qualified business opportunities with jewelry retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and private-label brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective customers.
- Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales and market intelligence reports
- Research and identify potential B2B customers in the US jewelry industry.
- Build and maintain a database of target accounts and key decision-makers.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, online research,



trade directories, industry databases, and AI-powered prospecting tools.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve lead generation and business development targets.

Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the jewelry, diamond, or luxury goods industry.
- Strong research, prospecting, and cold-calling skills for the US and Europe market.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work US business hours.
