Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a agile and results-driven for engaging with corporate clients ,promoting products/services, and driving revenue growth through outbound and inbound sales activities.

Role & responsibilities :

- Identify and connect with prospective corporate clients through calls

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products

- Handling inbound & outbound calls from existing bank customers

- Providing prompt, accurate solutions to customer queries

- Promote and explain banking products as ( credits cards, loans, insurance etc)

- Generate revenue through upselling & cross selling initiatives

- Focus on customer retention and activating new services

- Build relationships with customers to ensure long-term business.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Graduate Degree (any discipline)

- Freshers & experienced candidates welcome

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills





- Freshers are welcome! OR Candidates with minimum 6 months in SALES / BPO/ BANKING/ TELESALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE preferred

- Age 18 to 32 years

- Experienced (BPO/Tele-sales): 25,000/month (depends on your last inhand negotiable )

- Juinagar(Navi Mumbai)
- Thane (Centralized pickup Drop)
