About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Health Insurance Claims Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling health insurance claims, coordinating with insurance companies, hospitals, TPAs, and customers to ensure smooth and timely claim settlement.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end health insurance claim processes (Cashless & Reimbursement).
- Coordinate with insurance companies, partners, customers, TPAs, hospitals, and customers for claim processing.
- Assist customers with claim documentation and submission.
- Follow up on pending claims and ensure timely resolution.
- Track claim status and provide regular updates to customers and internal teams.
- Resolve claim-related queries and escalate complex cases when required.
- Ensure compliance with insurer guidelines and company SOPs.
- Maintain accurate claim records and MIS reports.




- Support customers during hospitalization and claim settlement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, TPAs, and hospital partners.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of health insurance claim processes.
- Good understanding of cashless and reimbursement claims.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and MS Office.
- Solid problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Health Insurance Claims (Insurance Broking, Insurance Company, or TPA).
- Prior experience in customer claim handling is mandatory.

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates with experience in insurance broking will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
