Key Skills:

- Minimum 5 Years of experience and knowledge of Finance - Equities market
- Experience in Company Financials and Analyst and Broker Estimates
- At least 1 years of Team Handling Experience
- Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and interpret company financials, equity market data, and analyst/broker estimates.
- Review, monitor, and manage client-defined SLAs and internal performance metrics.




- Lead and implement process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Monitor team performance and ensure all KPIs and performance thresholds are achieved.
- Compile performance reports and act on customer feedback in a timely manner.
- Participate in client, operations, and relationship management calls.
- Drive team motivation, resolve conflicts, and foster collaboration.
- Identify training needs and recommend technical and soft skills development programs.
- Ensure strong execution of action plans with explicit timelines and accountability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial research and operational excellence.
- Support various operational projects and business improvement initiatives
