Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML applications using Python.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise use cases.
- Develop, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Model (LLM)-based applications.
- Implement prompt engineering techniques and Prompt Flow pipelines.
- Build and maintain MLOps pipelines using MLflow, DVC, and CI/CD practices.
- Design and automate AI workflows using Azure AI Foundry and Agent Service.
- Deploy and manage AI solutions on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Integrate AI applications with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and other Azure services.
- Implement model monitoring, logging, observability, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.
- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

- 58 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in AI/ML.




- Solid programming skills in Python and experience with FastAPI.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architecture, and Prompt Engineering.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Agent Service, and Azure OpenAI.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, including MLflow, DVC, CI/CD, and model versioning.
- Experience deploying AI applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure cloud services.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, or Milvus.
- Familiarity with multi-agent AI systems and semantic search is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative Agile environment and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions.
