- Conduct onboarding, refresher, classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training for Associates, Shift Incharges, and Delivery Hub Managers.
- Deliver SOP, process, and operational trainings with assessments and certifications.
- Conduct daily training audits and minimum 2 hub visits for coaching and compliance.
- Track LMS completion, maintain training records, and prepare MIS reports.
- Analyze training effectiveness and collaborate with Operations teams to improve performance.
Requirements:
- Graduate (Mandatory)
- 1-3 years of experience in Training, Warehouse, Retail, Logistics, or Operations
- Knowledge of Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory processes
- Positive communication and presentation skills
- Basic to Intermediate Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Filters)
- Willing to travel across Mumbai hubs
