Job Title: Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives, generating business leads, promoting the company's products and services, coordinating with the sales team, and building strong customer relationships to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Generate business leads through field marketing, digital marketing, referrals, and networking.
- Visit clients, business partners, and prospective customers as required.
- Conduct market research to identify customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate promotional activities, exhibitions, seminars, and marketing events.
- Manage the company's social media presence and assist in creating marketing content.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support lead conversion and customer acquisition.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly activity reports.
- Maintain customer databases and follow up with prospective clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, branding guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales. Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Knowledge of MS Office and basic digital marketing tools.
- Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
