1) Lead the design, fabrication, and assembly of industrial boilers and pressure vessels.

2) Review engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, and manufacturing procedures.

3) Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards such as ASME Boiler & ISO standards, and local regulations.

4) Supervise production activities including welding, machining, fitting, and assembly operations.

5) Coordinate with design, procurement, quality, and project teams to meet delivery schedules.

6) Monitor manufacturing processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs.

7) Review and approve welding procedures (WPS/PQR), material specifications, and quality documentation.

8) Support inspections, hydrostatic testing, performance testing, and customer audits.

9) Conduct root-cause analysis for manufacturing defects and implement corrective actions.

10) Mentor junior engineers, supervisors, and technical staff.
