We are hiring Performance Testing Engineers with 4-6 years of experience for Pune/Mumbai locations.

Required Skills:

- Robust hands-on experience in JMeter, LoadRunner, and/or NeoLoad
- Expertise in Load, Stress, Spike, Soak, and Volume Testing
- API Performance Testing using Postman/SOAP UI
- Performance Monitoring: Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana
- Strong SQL knowledge (Oracle/MySQL/SQL Server/PostgreSQL)
- Experience with Microservices, Web Applications, AWS/Azure
- CI/CD exposure: Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps
- Scripting: Java, Groovy, JavaScript, Shell

Responsibilities:

- Design and execute performance test scripts
- Analyze bottlenecks and perform root cause analysis
- Develop performance test plans, reports, and recommendations
- Work closely with Development, DevOps, and Architecture teams
