The incumbent will be responsible for managing the company's corporate insurance portfolio, including policy administration, renewals, claims management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires ensuring adequate insurance coverage, minimizing business risks, and maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage insurance operations, including policy issuance, claim settlement, and customer service.
- Oversee end-to-end insurance processes from application to claims processing.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in insurance operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in Insurance Operations or related field (Insurance Broking).
- Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA in Insurance or Associateship / Fellowship from Insurance Institute of India will be preferred.
- Robust understanding of general insurance products, including health, motor, fire, marine, accidental etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
