We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant with expertise in SAP S/4HANA FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) module. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive solutions to our clients by leveraging your deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA FICO functionalities, industry best practices, and business processes. Your expertise will contribute to the successful implementation, integration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA FICO for our clients.

Position :- SAP FICO Lead Consultant

relevant Experience : 5-6 yrs

Location : Mumbai, Andheri

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to analyse their business requirements and design SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions that align with their strategic goals.
- Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including system configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live support.
- Conduct workshops, gather, and document business requirements, perform gap analysis, and recommend process improvements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful project completion within budget and schedule.
- Configure SAP S/4HANA FICO modules to meet specific business needs, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and Profitability Analysis.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project team members, fostering their skilled growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as developers, architects, and project managers, to ensure smooth integration of SAP S/4HANA FICO with other systems and modules.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of SAP S/4HANA FICO functionalities.




- Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA FICO trends, updates, and best practices, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal methodologies and offerings.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance to clients regarding SAP S/4HANA FICO module.

Requirements:

- Bachelor s degree in commerce, Finance, or a related field. Consultant with domain experience and CA degree is a plus.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) as SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FICO module functionalities, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations (at least 5-6 implementations), including requirement gathering, blueprinting, system configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live support.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, financial processes, and reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
- Proven ability to lead and manage projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- SAP S/4HANA FICO certification is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
