Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Principal Consultant, SAP S/4HANA Material Consultant, to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA, including "Rise with SAP" and "Grow with SAP" implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of material management processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead complex projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead SAP S/4HANA Material Management (MM) implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Design, configure, and deploy SAP S/4HANA MM modules, ensuring alignment with best practices and client needs.
- Provide expert guidance on "Rise with SAP" and "Grow with SAP" initiatives, driving business transformation and optimization.
- Conduct system analysis, develop functional specifications, and support the development team during the build phase.
- Manage project teams, mentor junior consultants, and ensure knowledge transfer within the team.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).




- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA Material Management.
- Proven experience with "Rise with SAP" and "Grow with SAP" implementation projects.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, capabilities, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of material management processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of leading successful SAP implementations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- SAP certification in S/4HANA MM is highly desirable.
