Direct Responsibilities:

ETF Market Making & Trading Execution

- Actively monitor and trade ETFs across Equity, Gold, Debt, and International categories on SE/BSE.
- Provide continuous bid and offer quotations to support market liquidity and productive price discovery.
- Monitor market depth, spreads, volumes, and order book activity to ensure effective market-making.
- Execute intraday and positional trading strategies while maintaining discipline in trade execution and inventory management.

Price Discovery

- Identify and execute opportunities between ETF prices and their underlying baskets or benchmark indices.
- Monitor ETF premiums and discounts relative to NAV and ensure alignment with fair value pricing.
- Analyze market microstructure, liquidity conditions, and order flow dynamics to optimize execution quality.
- Track pricing inefficiencies arising from market events, volatility, and liquidity imbalances.

Risk Management

- Operate within predefined position limits, inventory thresholds, and risk parameters.
- Monitor bid-ask spreads, execution impact, trading costs, and mark-to-market exposure in real time.
- Implement appropriate hedging and risk mitigation strategies.




- Ensure strict compliance with internal risk management policies and regulatory requirements.

Trading Technology & Analytics

- Utilize trading platforms, APIs, real-time dashboards, and analytical tools for market monitoring and execution.
- Analyze spreads, deviations, execution costs, and liquidity metrics.
- Support process automation and data-driven improvements in market-making operations.
- Leverage Excel, Python, or similar tools to support trading analytics and performance evaluation.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

- Maintain detailed execution logs, trading reports, and performance analytics.
- Track profitability, liquidity contribution, execution efficiency, and risk-adjusted returns.
- Participate in strategy review meetings and process optimization initiatives.
- Present trading performance and key insights to senior management.

Compliance & Controls

- Adhere to all applicable trading, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure ethical trading practices and compliance with SEBI, NSE, and BSE guidelines.
- Maintain complete audit trails and reporting standards for all trading activities.
