The Opportunity
We're looking for dynamic, relationship-driven sales professionals to join us as **Marketing
Officers** across Bhuj/Gandhidham, Nagpur, and Mumbai.

What You'll Own
MISP Network Expansion
Identify, onboard, and activate new dealerships within your territory, strengthening our
on-ground insurance presence and expanding our reach where it matters most.
Premium Growth & Sales Conversion
Drive motor insurance sales through focused conversion strategies, turning every dealership
interaction into a business opportunity and consistently working toward premium
achievement targets.
Dealer Relationship Management
Build genuine, trusted partnerships with dealerships through regular visits, hands-on
business support, and a relationship-first approach that goes beyond a transactional
connection.
Compliance & Documentation Control
Ensure every dealership under your territory stays fully MISP-compliant, with accurate




documentation and timely adherence to regulatory processes- protecting both the
business and the customer.
Renewal & Retention Improvement
Proactively engage customers ahead of policy expiry, improving renewal conversions and
building long-term trust that keeps customers coming back to us.

What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, ideally within general/motor insurance, dealer-channel
management, MISP, or related BFSI sales roles
- A genuine passion for relationship-building and channel partner management you enjoy
being on the ground, not behind a desk
- Comfort with extensive field travel across your assigned territory
- A valid driving license along with your own two-wheeler/four-wheeler for local market visits
- Solid communication skills and the confidence to manage business conversations with
dealership owners and teams
- A self-driven, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in the field
