Responsibilities:

Tender Management: Manage the entire tendering process, including the preparation, submission, and follow-up of tenders and bids.

Documentation: Prepare and compile all necessary documents, including technical and commercial proposals, in accordance with client requirements and company standards.

Bid Strategy: Develop and implement effective bid strategies to maximize the chances of winning contracts.

Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, engineering, finance, and legal to gather necessary information and ensure alignment with bid requirements.

Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to clarify requirements, respond to queries,



and provide updates on the status of tenders.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential tender opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.

Compliance: Ensure all tenders comply with relevant regulations, standards, and client requirements.

Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis and pricing to ensure competitive and profitable tender submissions.

Reporting: Maintain records of all tender activities and provide regular reports to management on tender status and outcomes.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to the tendering process to increase efficiency and success rates.
