Project Manager - Aerospace

Role & responsibilities

- Led cost-out projects through the Phase-Gate process, ensuring successful project execution and delivery on time and within budget.
- Developed and tracked project schedules, ensuring milestone accomplishment and timely project launch.
- Coordinated cross-functional teams to design and implement project tools, processes, and methodologies.
- Developed and implemented Risk and Opportunity Management plans in alignment with PMI standards, proactively managing risks and mitigation strategies.
- Led project reviews to update leadership teams on progress, seek business decisions, and secure necessary resources.
- Formulated business cases, including revenue forecasts, resource planning, and capital investments, securing budget approvals with robust NPV/IRR and savings outcomes.




- Managed dashboard creation for the manufacturing sector Program Managers group, enhancing reporting and tracking.
- Deployed project management best practices, ensuring the successful delivery of critical projects.
- Strategically aligned project goals with business objectives, focusing on timelines, budgets, and team collaboration.

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate is an Engineering graduate and PMP certification with 8- 12 years experience in project management and management for multiple sites. The candidate should have worked in engineering or manufacturing industries and should have experience in handling complex projects across multiple sites. Also, has the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
