We are looking for an Estimation Exec/Engineer to support project budgeting, estimation, cost planning, and cost control for residential and commercial real estate projects. The role will be responsible for preparing BOQs, conducting rate analysis, monitoring project costs, and identifying value engineering opportunities to ensure effective project delivery within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts from pre-award to closure for civil, finishing, MEP, and allied works
- Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs from Civil, MEP, and finishing drawings.
- Conduct rate analysis for civil, finishing, and MEP works.
- Obtain vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Benchmark vendor rates and maintain cost databases.
- Prepare project cost estimates and detailed budgets.
- Conduct cost-per-sq.ft. analysis and cash flow forecasting.
- Identify cost-saving and value engineering opportunities.
- Monitor budget versus actual costs and track project expenditure.
- Evaluate variation orders and cost impact of design changes.
- Prepare periodic cost reports for management.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, contracts, design, and finance teams.
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in costing, estimation, and budgeting for real estate projects.
- Experience in high-rise residential and/or commercial developments.
