Role & responsibilities

- Drive business development initiatives for relocation and moving services in line with branch business objectives, sales targets, and revenue growth by generating leads, acquiring current customers, and expanding existing business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, presentations, and support negotiations to successfully close business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and recommend suitable relocation and mobility solutions based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Pricing, Move Management, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure timely quotations, seamless service delivery, and successful contract execution.
- Manage customer queries, operational issues, and escalations by coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipelines, business development trackers, dashboards, and customer databases to ensure accurate reporting.




- Prepare and analyze reports on sales activities, enquiries, opportunities, wins/losses, branch performance, and market trends to support business decisions.
- Support invoice coordination, receivable follow-ups, collections, and ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and reporting standards.
- Contribute to branch growth by identifying market opportunities, gathering customer and competitor insights, and driving initiatives to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and market presence.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Key Account Management, or Corporate Sales, preferably in the relocation, mobility, logistics, shipping, or service industry.
- Experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, proposal preparation, and business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
