We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Executive to handle contractor billing, client billing, quantity verification, and coordination with site and accounts teams for residential/commercial real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling contractor RA bills and client billing processes.
- Verification of quantities as per BOQ and site execution.
- Preparation and checking of bills, measurements, and reconciliation statements.
- Coordination with project, QS, procurement, and accounts teams for billing approvals.
- Maintaining billing records, work orders, and supporting documents.
- Monitoring project billing status and payment follow-ups.
- Preparing variation statements and extra item calculations.
- Ensuring billing compliance as per contract terms and project timelines.
- Assisting in cost control and budget monitoring activities.
- Preparation of MIS reports related to billing and project commercial status.
Key Skills Competencies
- Strong knowledge of contractor billing and RA billing.
- Understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, and quantity verification.
- Good knowledge of billing procedures in real estate/construction projects.
- Familiar with AutoCAD drawings and project documentation.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
Qualifications Experience:
- Experience: 8-10 Years
- Qualification: BE Civil / Diploma Civil
- Experience in residential or commercial real estate projects.
- Exposure to developer-side billing activities preferred.
- Candidates from construction, contracting, or developer companies preferred.
