Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven skilled to lead operational excellence, process governance, audit management, and cross-functional coordination. The role involves designing scalable operational frameworks, ensuring process compliance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing student referral and scholarship programs, and overseeing quality audits to enhance organizational efficiency and stakeholder experience.

Preferred Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree (MBA preferred)
- Experience in Operations, Quality Assurance, Process Excellence, Audit, or Program Management.

Key Responsibilities:





- Manage operational issues, escalations, and process bottlenecks while ensuring timely resolution across departments.
- Design, implement, and monitor SOPs, operational frameworks, and process governance standards.
- Drive process improvement, automation, standardization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end student referral processes, including verification, payouts, compliance, and escalations.
- Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and operational analytics to support decision-making.
- Maintain centralized repositories of SOPs, policies, forms, and operational documents.
- Collaborate with Admissions, Finance, Academics, Placements, Administration, and external stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Design and monitor scholarship policies, budgets, utilization, and compliance.
