Role Overview
Were looking for a candidate who will own the planning, coordination, and delivery of
high-performing creatives across formats for performance marketing and other
advertising requirements.
This role sits at the intersection of influencer marketing agencies, internal design and
content teams, external partners, and AI tools ensuring consistent, high-quality
output of video, static, and other ad-ready formats.

Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Planning & Delivery
Plan and track monthly creative requirements aligned with growth goals
Ensure timely production of videos, statics, carousels, UGC, and ad variations
Maintain a structured tracker of creative output vs targets
Proactively flag delays or bottlenecks
2. Influencer & Agency Coordination
Brief influencer marketing agencies with clear performance-focused guidelines
Ensure creators deliver conversion-oriented content (strong hooks,
problem-solution framing, clear CTAs)
Manage timelines, revisions, and usage rights
3. Internal Team Collaboration
Work closely with design and content teams to translate briefs into ad-ready
assets
Ensure multiple variations (hooks,



thumbnails, captions, angles) are created for
testing
Maintain brand consistency while adapting for performance
4. Creative Testing & Iteration Support
Refresh creatives to avoid ad fatigue
Repurpose high-performing formats into new variations
Support rapid iteration cycles based on performance insights
5. AI & Process Optimization
Use AI tools for hook generation, script refinement, ideation, and repurposing
Improve creative turnaround time and production efficiency
6. Extended Scope (Potential)
Support additional content areas such as onsite creatives,
homepage/collection merchandising, landing page content, and coordination of
SEO-led content updates
Ensure consistency between ad creatives and in office experience
What Were Looking For
2-4 years of experience in marketing, influencer marketing, or creative
coordination
Strong understanding of performance marketing formats
Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams
Highly organized and execution-focused
