We are looking for a passionate Ayurvedic Doctor who combines clinical expertise with strong communication and a client-first approach. The role involves consultations, personalized diet & lifestyle planning, and driving client outcomes in a retail wellness setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed Ayurvedic consultations and health assessments
- Design personalized diet, nutrition, and lifestyle plans
- Monitor client progress and ensure measurable health outcomes
- Build strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
- Educate clients on holistic wellness and preventive healthcare
- Work closely with center teams to ensure high client satisfaction and retention
- Contribute to revenue generation through consultations and program conversions
- Key Requirements
- BAMS degree (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of experience (freshers with strong communication may be considered)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong inclination towards nutrition, wellness, and lifestyle management
- Retail / clinic / wellness center experience preferred
- Target-driven with a customer-centric mindset
