Responsibilities:
- Build partnerships and engage with leaders/managers/HODs effectively toward the design and execution of change management/Strategic initiatives.
- Effectively work with leaders for employee retention and engagement.
- Facilitate Performance Management and manage performance management lifecycle to enable consistently high performance.
- Drive performance through effective PMS systems and capability-building interventions.
- Ensure effective employee onboarding and induction to give an objective view of the organization's culture and work ethics to the new joiners.
- Be a culture shaper ensure that our culture and values are made visible and real through various programs and initiatives.
- Facilitate the entire learning development cycle by capturing training needs, coordinating with training specialists, conducting training, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs.
- Facilitate mentoring coaching to enhance leadership capabilities to cater to business needs and meet employee expectations.
- Review and analyze business processes to identify trends across geographies and recommend solutions to improve retention and employee engagement.
- Initiating forums and mechanisms towards enhancing the employee experience, improving retention, and motivating people to achieve their fullest potential.
- Work with department heads, managers, and employees to timely address and resolve all types of employee relations issues ensuring a fair and transparent work setting.
- Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources-related matters, decisions, processes, policies, and procedures.
- Work closely with People Operations to brainstorm and implement innovative people initiatives toward employee engagement.
- Capturing employee pulse to provide floor insights to the stakeholders to ensure employee satisfaction.
- Drive career levelling frameworks and define Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to support employee growth and organizational capability building.
- Create and maintain insights and dashboards for all Talent Management (TM) related processes to enable process governance and identify timely interventions.
Must Have
- Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at different levels of the organization to cater to business needs.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong people connections, Employee relations problem-solving skills, critical thinking, negotiation skills stakeholder management.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of AI tools applicable to Talent Management processes (e.g., AI-driven assessments, engagement analytics tools).
Qualification
- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management (Preferred from top/tier 1 MBA colleges in India).
- Candidate should have a total of 5-8 years of experience in HR with at least 3 years in the Software industry.
