Role & responsibilities

Job Role: To bring in current clients from India and Global Market whom we can help with their hiring needs.
To ensure we get big company / Multinational and Good start up companies on our client list
To Ensure we do proper due diligence and screen the clients well and ensure that they are really keen to hire .
To ensure hand hold the Delivery Team to close Initial 2 positions with a new client, before handing over to them.
To handle Instagram / face Book/ Linkedin Page of Contactx and Increase the Visibility - Media Presence

Profile: Excellent Written and verbal Communication
'Should be first class through out in Academics
MBA Preferred
EXPERIENCE IN RECRUITMENT FIRM IS PREFERRED.
Should be good with numbers, figures , targets
Should be extremely good in client servicing , client relationship and peoples person.
Should have good hands of expertise in Social Media marketing
