Key Responsibilities:
Verify inward and outward inventory movements
Conduct physical verification of inventory and artwork condition
Review supporting documents and approvals
Perform inventory reconciliation and identify discrepancies
Monitor compliance with warehouse SOPs
Prepare audit reports and maintain audit documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive process improvements

Key Deliverables:
• Weekly Inventory Discrepancy Reports
• Monthly Control Exception Reports
• Physical Verification Reports
• Inventory Reconciliation Reports

What We're Looking For:
A bachelor's or Master degree in accounting or finance or business administration
24 years of experience in Inventory Audit, Internal Audit, or Concurrent Audit
Fair understanding of compliance frameworks such as COSO standards
Experience in Consumer Goods or Art industry is an advantage
Semi-Qualified CA preferred
Robust communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI and data analytics is a plus
