- Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Insurance Claims (International BPO)

- - We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an International BPO – Insurance Claims process. This is a blended process involving both voice and non-voice support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in an international BPO environment. Candidates with insurance claims experience will be given preference.
- - Eligibility
- - * Qualification:
- * HSC with relevant experience
- * Graduate with relevant experience
- * Experience:
- * Minimum 1–6 months of experience in an International BPO
- * Insurance claims experience is mandatory (preferred/advantageous if you intended it differently, let me know)
- - Key Responsibilities
- - * Handle customer queries via voice and non-voice channels.
- * Assist customers with insurance claim-related requests and updates.
- * Provide accurate information while maintaining high service standards.
- * Document customer interactions and follow process guidelines.
- * Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- - Requirements
- - * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- * Robust customer service orientation.
- * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- * Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- - Job Details
- - * Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
- * Working Days: 5 days a week
- * Weekly Offs: 2 rotational offs
- * Shift: Rotational 247 (including night shifts)
- * Process: Blended (Voice + Non-Voice)
- * Salary: Up to 32,000 in hand
- * Transportation: One-way cab facility provided
