We are urgently hiring for Sr. Manager - WH role for Ambernath Plant Location. Kindly refer below JD for your reference.

Role & responsibilities

Lead end-to-end warehouse operations for Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), Finished Goods (FG), and Engineering Stores, ensuring cGMP/GDP compliance, inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage warehouse operations across in-plant, external warehouses, and 3PL locations.
- Ensure timely GRN, dispensing, material issuance, stock management, reconciliation, and dispatch.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through SAP/WMS, cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and documentation.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs including stock accuracy, dispatch adherence, warehouse utilization, and SLA compliance.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, QMS, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead regulatory inspections and audits (USFDA, MHRA, WHO, EU, CDSCO) and drive CAPA, deviations, change controls, and SOP compliance.
- Conduct Gemba walks,



identify improvement opportunities, and implement operational excellence initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse teams while driving a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate/Post Graduate in Science or Pharmacy.
- 1520 years of pharmaceutical warehouse experience with at least 35 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of SAP/WMS, inventory management, warehouse automation, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience in process improvement, KPI management, and team leadership.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
