Role & responsibilities

Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) & Risk Intelligence

- Lead CoPQ analysis, reporting, and awareness campaigns across the organization
- Identify cost leakages in projects and map them to root causes (method, machine, man, etc.)
- Drive integration of CoPQ tracking into ERP systems (D365) to establish a single source of truth
- Develop Risk Intelligence dashboards to provide early warning signals on cost overruns and quality risks
- Define cost control mechanisms linking CoPQ to NCRs, FAIRs, and process restrictions
- Collaborate with Finance and ERP teams to improve cost transparency and traceability

Lean Six Sigma & Continuous Improvement

- Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste
- Conduct process mapping, value stream analysis, and root cause problem solving
- Drive standardization and simplification of workflows across departments
- Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
- Identify and implement process optimization opportunities across projects

Digital Transformation & Systems Implementation

- Lead implementation and optimization of QHSSE digital platforms (Mango, MyCompliance)
- Design workflows, forms, and distribution logic for automated reporting and escalation
- Develop system-based solutions for audit management, inspections, KPI tracking, and competency management
- Integrate AI and automation concepts into QHSSE processes (e.g., legal register updates, risk assessments)
- Drive digitalization of QC checklists and field inspections
- Liaise with software vendors to enhance system capabilities and resolve performance issues

KPI Management & Performance Monitoring

- Track global QHSSE and Quality KPIs
- Develop measurement methodologies, targets, and scoring systems (MTD/YTD performance)
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for executive-level reporting




- Analyze trends, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure alignment of KPIs with organizational objectives and continuous improvement goals

ESG & Sustainability Initiatives

- Support development of ESG strategy and reporting frameworks
- Align company practices with regulatory requirements (e.g., UAE climate laws, MRV requirements)
- Assist in data collection, validation, and reporting for sustainability metrics
- Identify opportunities for environmental impact reduction and compliance improvement

Reporting & Executive Communication

- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Provide insights on operational risks, cost trends, and performance gaps
- Communicate key findings, recommendations, and action plans to senior management
- Support decision-making through structured analysis and data visualization

Innovation & Strategic Initiatives

- Explore and implement AI-driven solutions for QHSSE and operational efficiency
- Contribute to development of internal tools (e.g., AI agents for risk and compliance)
- Support strategic transformation initiatives across the organization
- Identify future improvement areas in systems, processes, and technology

QHSSE

All activities must be executed in accordance with the companys Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with the company’s ISO accreditation.

Adhere to departmental & interdepartmental business processes.

The employee shall adhere to all company Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies, procedures, and work standards.

The employee has the AUTHORITY to STOP WORK should an unsafe act or condition be observed to ensure compliance with OH&S; regulations and to achieve a ZERO HARM working setting.

There is an obligation on the employee to report such observations and interventions to the HSE Manager or Management
