Associate Product Manager AstroChat (Mumbai, Onsite)

What you’ll own (big-picture)

- Lead end-to-end product initiatives from discovery to launch and optimization.
- Define requirements, user journeys, and success metrics that move the needle.
- Use data, user research, and experimentation to improve acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization. A/B testing is your friend.
- Solve marketplace challenges: demand-supply balance, astrologer matching quality, and a delightful UX.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing & Ops to ship high-impact features.

What we’re looking for (you)

3–4 years in Product Management at a B2C tech company with consumer internet experience.





- Strong analytical instincts — you love metrics and can translate insight into action.
- Comfortable structuring ambiguous problems, driving execution end-to-end, and influencing stakeholders.
- Experience building products with high engagement and transactions is a plus.

Nice-to-haves (bonus points)

- Marketplace, online consultation platforms, creator ecosystems, social/gaming/dating, fintech, or wellness backgrounds.
- Familiarity with SQL, product analytics tools, and experimentation frameworks.
- Thrives in quick-paced, high-growth environments.
