Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team handling International Voice/Blended Process.
- Monitor team productivity, attendance, adherence, and overall performance.
- Handle customer and process escalations effectively.
- Ensure SLA, KPI, Quality, and CSAT targets are consistently achieved.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, feedback meetings, and team huddles.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.




- Coordinate with operations and management to ensure smooth process flow.
- Motivate team members and drive operational excellence.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of on-paper experience as a Team Leader in an International BPO.
- Mandatory experience in International Voice or Blended Process.
- Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational/24x7 shifts.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
