Job Summary

The Pricing Master Updation Executive is responsible for maintaining, updating, and managing pricing master data accurately in the companys ERP/pricing systems. The role involves ensuring timely price updates, data accuracy, and compliance with approved pricing policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update pricing master records in ERP systems and internal databases.
- Create and verify product pricing details as per approved price lists and business requirements.
- Ensure timely implementation of price revisions.
- Validate pricing data for accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor and resolve pricing discrepancies or system-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of pricing changes and approvals.
- Include MIS reporting on pricing analysis and variances in various Sourcing report.
- Support audits by maintaining accurate pricing history and records.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in pricing, master data management or ERP data handling preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables).
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft dynamics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines.
- Robust understanding of jewellery product pricing.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
