Job Description / ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, client requirements, and applicable local regulations.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with approved risk assessments, method statements, and permit-to-work requirements.
- Conduct site safety inductions and toolbox talks for employees and contractors.
- Participate in hazard identification, risk assessments, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) activities.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and prepare investigation reports with recommendations.
- Monitor the implementation and close-out of corrective and preventive actions.
- Verify the proper use, maintenance, and availability of personal protective equipment (PPE).




- Ensure emergency response equipment is available, inspected, and ready for use.
- Participate in emergency drills and support emergency response activities.
- Monitor contractor safety performance and ensure compliance with contractual HSE requirements.
- Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, training records, and incident statistics.
- Assist in developing and updating HSE procedures, work instructions, and safety campaigns.
- Stop unsafe work where there is an imminent risk to personnel, property, or the workplace, and report the matter to management immediately.
- Promote a positive safety culture through employee engagement and continuous awareness initiatives.

Experience Minimum 35 years of experience as a Safety Officer in construction, oil and gas, pipelines, industrial, or infrastructure projects.Compensation Offered As per Company Policy ( Min 25 K)
Education qualificationPreferably B Com / Bsc Graduate with Safety Training / Diploma in Fire & Safety Location of job posting
