Role & responsibilities :-

Strategic Planning & Business Case Development

- Develop business cases for recent initiatives, investments, and growth opportunities.
- Assess financial viability through scenario modelling, risk assessments, and return analysis.
- Support long-term strategy formulation, capital allocation, and enterprise planning.
- Present data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

- Conduct market sizing, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Identify growth opportunities and prepare strategic insights for leadership and board reviews.
- M&A; Evaluation & Investment Analysis
- Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions, investments, and strategic initiatives.
- Perform valuation analyses including DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions, IRR, NPV, ROI, payback, and sensitivity analysis.
- Evaluate deal structures, funding options, leverage scenarios, and acquisition of economics.
- Support commercial and financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration tracking.

Enterprise Planning & Performance Management

- Develop and maintain AOP, budgets, forecasts, and scenario plans.
- Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Support cross-functional strategic initiatives.

CEO Office & Leadership Support

- Prepare executive presentations, board decks, investment memos, and briefing notes.




- Provide analytical support for strategic decision-making and governance reviews.

Reporting, Dashboards & Governance

- Develop dashboards and trackers for M&A;, forecasting, and performance management.
- Ensure data accuracy, documentation, version control, and reporting governance.

Preferred candidate profile :-

Education

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
- MBA from a reputed institution preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong foundation in finance, accounting, and business analysis.

Experience

- 2–4 years in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Strategy Consulting, or Transaction Advisory.
- Hands-on exposure to financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, investment analysis, or corporate strategy initiatives.

Technical Skills

- Advanced financial modelling capability.
- Strong understanding of DCF, IRR, NPV, ROI, and sensitivity analysis.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
