BRIEF BACKGROUND

PURPOSE OF JOB

We require a skilled C++ Developer to contribute to the development of high-performance financial applications.



This role demands a strong technical foundation in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) , from system design to deployment. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, top-quality software solutions, while also troubleshooting, enhancing, and optimizing existing systems to drive the success of cutting-edge financial technology platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Full SDLC Execution : Lead the development through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle .
- System Design & Documentation : Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to define requirements and solutions.
- Code Development : Write well-designed, testable , and maintainable C++ code.
- Feasibility & Integration : Create specifications and assess the operational feasibility of software; integrate components into a fully functional system.
- Quality Assurance : Implement software verification plans and quality assurance procedures to ensure high-quality releases.
- System Optimization : Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to improve functionality.
- User Feedback & Deployment : Deploy software and collect user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Standards & Best Practices : Adhere to project plans and industry standards for development and deployment.

QUALIFICATION / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

- Work Location : Thane
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 3 5 years of hands-on experience in C++ development.
- Technical Expertise:

- Proficient in C++ programming and its specifications.
- Experience in flowchart development, layout creation, and software documentation.

- Testing & Debugging: Strong understanding of software testing, debugging, and deployment processes.
- Financial Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., ATM/Switch Domain) is a plus.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in C++ and familiarity with VBS (Visual Basic Script), HTML, and Batch scripting.
- Development Environment: Skilled in using Visual Studio for software development.
- Nice to have knowledge of the ATM/Switch Domain and Japanese language skills would be an added advantage.
