Role Summary
Lead business analysis and techno-functional activities for HCM initiatives by partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, productive, and integrated HR technology solutions. The role requires strong business analysis capabilities combined with hands-on experience in integrations, reporting, and data management. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting global HCM implementations and transformation programs across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution design discussions. Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and recommend technology-enabled improvements. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and solution designs. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Define integration, reporting, security, and data requirements for HCM solutions. Support the design and implementation of integrations using APIs, web services, middleware platforms, HCM extracts, and file-based interfaces. Conduct impact analysis, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and support production incidents. Lead SIT, UAT, defect management, deployment validation, and release readiness activities. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver business solutions. Participate in global HCM implementation, transformation, and rollout programs across multiple geographies and business units. Partner with regional HR teams to balance global standards with local business and compliance requirements. Support deployment, hypercare,
release management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Facilitate stakeholder discussions across multiple time zones and regions. Mentor junior analysts and promote business analysis and delivery best practices.
Requirements
4 to 8 years of experience as an HCM Business Analyst, HRIS Analyst, or Techno-Functional Consultant.
Strong understanding of HR processes including Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Absence Management. Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, stakeholder management, testing, and solution delivery.
Working knowledge of integrations, APIs, REST/SOAP web services, HCM extracts, reporting, data management, and middleware platforms. Experience with Workday, UKG, Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar HCM platforms.
Experience supporting at least one end-to-end HCM implementation, transformation, or global rollout program. Experience working with stakeholders across multiple regions including Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
Understanding of global HR operating models, localization requirements, and data governance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Experience in consulting, managed services, GCC, or large enterprise environments is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications Experience leading workstreams within global HCM transformation programs.
Exposure to change management and organizational adoption activities. Relevant HCM certifications are a plus.
Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models.
