- Plan, coordinate, and control high-rise building construction projects using Primavera P6 software.
- Develop detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and progress reports to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the planning process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Solid knowledge of MSP (Microsoft Project) and Primavera P6 software applications for planning high-rise building construction projects.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data from various sources (e.g., RFIs, change orders) to inform decision-making processes.
