Qualification: Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), Degree/Diploma in Commercial Art, Visual Design or equivalent degree with Graphic Design.

- MS PowerPoint Presentation
- Adobe Generative AI tools
Competencies:
- Excellent understanding of design concepts
- Good communication skills
- Positive understanding of iconography, typography, color, space and texture
- Good understanding of latest design trends
- Knowledge of Figma, Bootstrap would be a plus
- Knowledge of social media,
Digital Branding and Employer branding would be a plus
Responsibilities:
- Creating aesthetically pleasing designs for web, print and motion graphics
- Understand brand brief and come up visually inventive & original ideas and design
- Designing brochure/posters, infographics, campaigns and direct mailers, social media posts etc.
- Formatting PowerPoint presentations, policy documents and newsletter templates
- Developing presentations, videos and motion graphics with a variety of concepts, designs
- Create and maintain Graphic Standards, follow Corporate Guidelines and Checklists for the Project
- Able to maintain and handle multiple projects at a time with minimal supervision
- Staying updated with latest standards, changes, trends in visual design
