About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead investment strategy, fundraising, and investor relations for a high-growth organization in the electric mobility / renewable energy / infrastructure space. The role involves working closely with leadership on capital deployment, M&A; opportunities, and managing relationships with institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Investment Strategy & Fundraising

- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to support business expansion
- Identify and engage with investors including PE, VC, institutional investors, and strategic partners
- Build and evaluate financial models for projects (IRR, tariff discovery, downside scenarios)
- Support capital deployment decisions, valuation, and portfolio performance tracking
- Prepare investment memorandums, financial packs, and fundraising materials
- Evaluate financing structures and explore refinancing / optimization opportunities

2. Investor Relations

- Act as the primary point of contact for investors and stakeholders
- Manage relationships with existing and potential investors
- Prepare investor presentations, pitch decks, and updates
- Handle investor queries with accurate financial and strategic insights




- Organize investor meetings, roadshows, and discussions
- Provide periodic updates on performance, valuation, and growth

3. Financial Analysis & Reporting

- Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation, and forecasting
- Prepare reports for leadership and board on investments and KPIs
- Track asset-level performance (revenue, cash flows, returns)
- Analyze market trends, investor sentiment, and sector developments
- Support due diligence processes for investments and fundraising

4. Compliance & Structuring

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
- Coordinate with legal, tax, and finance teams on deal structuring
- Assist in drafting term sheets, agreements, and transaction documents
- Maintain governance standards and reporting accuracy

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong experience in fundraising, investor relations, or investment banking
- Expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and capital structuring
- Understanding of renewable energy / EV / infrastructure sectors
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
