Work Mode: Hybrid

NOTE: It is a team management role.

About the Role

We are hiring a Resource Manager for our Tax practice in a rapid-growing Accounting & Advisory firm. The role involves end-to-end resource planning, staffing, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management: Lead and manage the India Resource Management team across all service lines

Staffing & Scheduling: Own work allocation and scheduling using resource management tools. Prioritize based on risk, specialization, deadlines & geography

Reporting & MIS: Track time entry, billable hours, and create reports/dashboards for leadership

Onboarding & Offboarding: Plan schedules for new joiners and manage offboarding/backfill

Stakeholder Management:



Coordinate with Partners and Niche Leaders to resolve staffing conflicts and employee issues

Process Improvement: Standardize staffing processes, drive automation and efficiency

Policy & Compliance: Advise on work arrangements, leaves, and ensure adherence to firm policies

Requirements

Education: Masters degree. MBA preferred

Experience: 7+ years in Resource Planning & Management.

Experience in US Tax process preferred

Domain Knowledge:

Familiarity with US tax filing procedures, regulations, and tax software

Technical Skills:

Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and Resource Management Systems

Core Skills:

Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and ability to work under tight deadlines
