Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day social media communication for Star Plus shows (copy, creatives, posts, reels, etc.). Drive digital campaign planning and execution with internal teams and external agencies. Manage always-on social media content and ensure cultural and brand tonality. Track social/content trends and proactively integrate them into platform strategy. Provide qualitative creative feedback (visuals, captions, hooks, edits). Support influencer and talent-driven content initiatives
Work with media and digital partners to drive campaign reach and performance
Edit, review and refine social content based on trends and platform performance

What we re looking for

- 4 5 years of experience handling social media mandates
- Experience with consumer-facing brands or digital/creative agencies
- Strong creative instincts ability to write and think socially




- Comfort working at the pace and creative rigour of Star Plus
- Very robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook and short-form content culture

Nice to have

- Familiarity with entertainment content / pop culture
- Experience with digital performance, optimization, platform dashboards
- Experience working with talent/influencers is a plus

Education

- Graduate or Postgraduate preferred (Marketing / Communications / Media)
