We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 812 years of post-qualification experience to join our Finance & Accounts team. The role involves managing financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, budgeting, MIS, and internal controls while supporting strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounting, book closure, and financial reporting (Ind AS/IGAAP).
- Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate statutory/internal audits and finalize accounts.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Strengthen accounting processes, SOPs, and internal controls.
- Support project accounting, RERA compliance, project costing, and profitability analysis for real estate projects.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–12 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, audits, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
- Experience in the real estate sector will be preferred.
- Solid analytical, communication, and team management skills.
