Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining MIS reports, supporting leadership with actionable insights, and driving customer retention analytics through data-driven decision-making.

Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Support leadership teams with actionable insights, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.
- Analyze customer behavior to identify key drivers of customer attrition and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop retention models, cohort analysis, and customer lifecycle insights to improve business outcomes.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of management reports.




- Work with large datasets to derive meaningful trends and business recommendations.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting, analytics, or business intelligence.
- Strong experience in handling large datasets and management reporting.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, formulas, data analysis).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with dashboard management and data visualization tools is an added advantage.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
