Role & responsibilities
- Preparation of Ind AS financial statements and ownership of the monthly financial close.
- MIS reporting, financial analysis, and providing decision support to the leadership team.
- Leading ERP implementation and migration initiatives during business expansion and acquisitions.
- Managing statutory compliance, audits, and strengthening internal controls.
- Overseeing cash flow, treasury, and working capital management.
Preferred candidate profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with robust accounting fundamentals and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with operations and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working on the ground with warehouse teams, including warehouse visits (as and when required).
