- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Continuously monitor patients' vital signs and clinical condition.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood products as prescribed.
- Operate and monitor critical care equipment, including ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps.
- Assist physicians during emergency procedures and resuscitation (Code Blue).
- Prepare the operation theatre for surgical procedures by ensuring equipment and instruments are sterile and ready.
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and the surgical team before, during, and after operations.
- Maintain aseptic techniques and infection prevention standards throughout surgical procedures.
- Perform instrument, sponge, and needle counts before and after surgery.
- Monitor patient safety and comfort during perioperative care.
