Job Brief We are looking for a dynamic and high-performing Sales Manager with deep expertise in CPaa/SaaS solutions within the telecom industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth while ensuring we remain competitive and innovative in a fast-evolving market. You will be responsible for leading and maximizing the sales teams potential, developing data-driven sales strategies, and aligning efforts with senior management objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the companys customer base and ensures its solid presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales,
revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements:
• MBA or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–10 years of experience in business development or sales, with a strong track record in CPaaS, SaaS, or Telecom technology sales
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Strong leadership qualities, team management capabilities, and hands-on experience guiding sales teams to exceed targets
• Demonstrated ability to manage the complete sales cycle—from strategic planning to closing enterprise-level deals
