Role & responsibilities

Proactively to plan and organize quality assurance activity every month as per business requirement,

- To conduct quality assessment and publish weekly/monthly report with stakeholders as per TAT.

- Proactively to identify areas of improvement and coordinate with stakeholders to provide solution to the issues/gaps identified in the quality analysis,

- To improve quality by doing various analysis effectively,

- To coordinate, collaborate with different functions/vendors and to do stakeholder management efficiently.

- To ensure business requirements and quality standards met completely/accurately,

- To ensure training needs met and expected results achieved

Performing quality evaluations for the Operations team of voice and non-voice process,





- Analyse data to identify areas of improvement in the quality system,

- Establishing a quality process at the vendor level. Maintaining sustainable quality process at vendor location. Governing and strengthening the vendor management by using various analytics,

- Prepare reports to communicate the outcomes of quality activities,

- Evaluate audit findings and implement corrective actions,

- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and Regulatory requirements,

- Identify training needs and organize trainings to meet quality standards,

- Defining and conducting the certification process.

- Performing any other projects/activities assigned.
