- 1 -3 Years Experience: Up to 3.5 LPA
- 3 -5 Years Experience: Up to 5.5 LPA

Eligibility

- Any Graduate
- Experience in International Voice/Chat Support preferred
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Customer-centric mindset with solid problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in night shifts

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through inbound/outbound voice support.
- Provide timely and effective resolutions while ensuring a great customer experience.
- Maintain high-quality service standards and achieve performance targets.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
- Follow company processes and compliance guidelines.
