Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Business Development roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
- Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for sales positions.

Working Days :- 6 days working

Monday to Saturday ( Sunday will be Off )

Working :- 9 am to 6pm
