Job Purpose

To lead and manage end-to-end wholesale banking operations, ensuring productive processing of transactions, regulatory compliance, operational risk management, and high-quality customer service while achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the wholesale banking operations team.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of corporate banking transactions, including payments, trade finance, cash management, and loan operations.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards.
- Manage operational risks and implement effective controls to minimize errors and fraud.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and productivity enhancements.
- Coordinate with relationship managers, business teams, treasury,



compliance, and technology departments.
- Review and approve high-value or exceptional transactions within delegated authority.
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer service standards.
- Handle operational escalations and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and performance metrics for senior management.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a high-performance culture.
